  13. Although Motorola has not made a public announcement, they are currently 
  14. allowing owners of the Power 28.8 to exchange their 28.8 for the new Premier 
  15. 33.6 modem.  They just started the exchange this week.  It will cost you $99 to 
  16. exchange modems.  Basically, you call their Inside Sales Group in Huntsville, 
  17. AL at 1-800-566-3266 and request to exchange your old Power 28.8 for the new 
  18. Premier 33.6.  They will mail you a brand new 33.6 and you have to send your 
  19. old Power 28.8 back within 10 working days.  If you don't get the Power back in 
  20. time, they will charge you the full retail price for the Premier 33.6, which is 
  21. $495.  Have your modem serial number and a credit card available when you call.
